Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how the site is used and help us improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic data. 5. Handling of Photos and Videos

Photos and videos taken during our activities may be used on the Corporation's website, social media, YouTube channel, and in activity reports and other materials. If you do not wish to appear, please let us know when images are taken or at any time after publication. We will respond promptly.

The Corporation takes necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access to, loss of, or leakage of personal information. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or for any period required by law, after which it is promptly deleted or securely destroyed.
